 How we’re working during Covid-19: To keep everyone safe and comply with CDC guidelines, we are working virtually and remotely with clients. We utilize Zoom to conduct sessions with clients. We pick-up and deliver materials from clients via contactless measures.

DPO For Me.

D-P-What? Digital Photo Organizing that we do for you. We’ll collect your digital photos from all your devices (computers, phones, external hard drives, flash drives, discs, etc.) After we collect, we’ll organize them by removing duplicate images, naming them in standard conventions that are searchable, and sort them into easy to navigate folders. Once they are organized, we’ll store them on a hard drive and help you store them in the cloud.

DIY Organizing.

Want to organize your photos yourself but have no idea where to start or now idea how to do it. We teach you the same processes we use to organize photos. We do this through a customized approach we determine that helps you meet your goals. We start with a consultation session and develop a plan to get you started and guide you along the way through individual sessions

Scanning.

Have printed photos that you wished were digital? Have piles of kids artwork that you don’t know what to do? We scan photos, artwork, memorabilia, scrapbook pages turning your hard copy memories into digital one. We scan at 600 dpi so you get good quality digital images. Have other media (video tapes, slides, negatives) that you want to digitize? We can manage those conversions for you with our preferred vendors and incorporate into your photo collection.

Computer Training.

Unsure how to do something on your computer? We’ll teach you how to use word documents and spreadsheets, make a presentation, use social media, utilize email client (Outlook, Gmail), save and move documents. We work on both Windows and Mac computers.

Documents.

Overwhelmed by paper? We can help you sort through and organize your paper to create a manageable file system for you. Want to make it digital? We can scan those for you and create a digital file. Want to go paperless? We’ll help you set up a system and digital filing cabinet.

The Fun Stuff.

Take your event to the next level with a custom curated slideshow or photo book of your special memories. Tell your story or tell the story of a loved one with a customized photo book. It’s up to you how you enjoy your images but we can help you with ideas to enjoy your photos daily or for special occasions.

How much does this cost?

Protecting and organizing your photos is an investment but we think it’s an important investment. Your photos are your memories, they are part of your story. Our hourly rate is $60 for organizing services. We do have packages of services with lower per hour costs . Our scanning services start at $0.25 each and we have bulk rates availabile.
